Eligibility:Applicants must be citizens of India and must
-be able to commit to funding personally or have a commitment from a recognised sponsor to fund fifty percent (50%) of the full tuition fees for up to four years (for a PhD)
-demonstrate English language proficiency to an acceptable standard for details see the following
-have completed a relevant undergraduate degree with at least four years of study and with First Class Honours, or the equivalent — e.g. a Masters degree incorporating a research project of at least 25% of a full year’s program.
-be prepared to enroll as a full-time candidate for a higher degree by research Eligible applicants, who can commit to paying fifty-percent (50%) of their full tuition fees to undertake a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) at The University of Western Australia, may apply for India Scholarships for International Research Fees (India SIRF).
