Leadership through Service, Training Course, Struga, Macedonia 24 September – 1 October 2011‏

Lucca Leadership is a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping
young people harness their innate leadership potential, discover their passion
and live their vision. The goal is to support and guide young leaders as they
develop the skills and confidence to lead effective transformation in their
communities.

Lucca Leadership Macedonia invites young people aged 18-30 coming from:

Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, United Kingdom, Italy and Netherlands

to apply for theweek long training programme in transformational leadership
“Leadership through Service” which will take place in the beautiful town Struga,
Macedonia in the period of 24 September – 1 October 2011.

The participants will have the opportunity to:
* Experience practical ways to increase awareness of themselves and others
* Get to grips with making ethical decisions
* Discover how to manage their emotions to respond effectively in challenging
situations
* Learn how to match their leadership style to the needs of the moment
* Learn to lead through speech and to create real dialogue in situation of
conflict
* Develop a key framework for leading in any situation
* Learn how to motivate a team and themselves to meet the need
* Consider their vision for positive change in society and how to best serve
your community

Financial conditions:
No participation fee

The organizer provides:
100% of food and accommodation and 70% of travel expenses
