Scholarship Description: The Department of Law in Odense invites applications for a PhD Fellowship in law. The project must be finished within three years. The starting date will be September 1, 2012 or later, depending on agreement with the candidate. The research fellow must join the already established legal research environment at The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences. The legal research at the department covers all legal aspects of the law including the subjects, which are central for all the department’s educations: Bachelor of law/Master of law and Bachelor of Business and Law/Master of Business and Law. The department is responsible for all taught subjects within the law at University of Southern Denmark.
